My North Fork Farm Stand Dinner

I couldn't resist posting a photo of my garlicky chicken, asparagus cake, and arugula salad! More on the garlic tomorrow, you can bet.

    Hi Lauren,
    We have South Fork stuff for dinner too!
    Asparagus, Arugula, Kale, scallions, mesclun,mizuna, eggs, collard greens, bamboo shoots, radishes Dried heirloom tomatoes--all at our Farmstand in Sag Harbor, all from our farm.
