While I was sitting in my kitchen and dreaming about someone else opening up a bakery on Division Street, my friend and co-author Daniel Leader was busy founding the South African Whole Grain Bread Project, and building mobile bakeries in Johannesburg and Soweto that now feed more than 2000 children a day.
